Property Improvement Grant
The Douglas Avenue Business Improvement District (BID) Property Improvement Grant is designed to support property owners in enhancing the exterior appearance of buildings within the BID corridor. This program provides reimbursement of up to $5,000 per property per year for eligible exterior improvements that contribute to the overall aesthetic, safety, and vitality of the district.
Free Marketing and Advertising
Businesses along the Douglas Avenue corridor are encouraged to submit information about their business which will be placed on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linked In as well as e-blasts. Our Social media pages have over 750 followers and our electronic newsletter reaches nearly 3,000 people. Let us know about your store hours, special sales, and special events; and be sure to send us photographs of your business.
